For the purpose of applicable data protection laws, the data controller is ROTA Exhibitions UK Ltd and its affiliate ROTA Exhibitions Middle East WLL, P.O Box 40805, Doha, Qatar.

This privacy policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) lays down the practices and conditions according to which the company ROTA Exhibitions UK LTD and company ROTA Exhibitions Middle East WLL (hereinafter the “Companies” or “We”) process your personal data.

Depending on the events that you register for, we will process the following personal information: your name, job title, company, email, phone number and location. Credit, debit card details and/or bank details for BACS transfers will be held for payment authorisation and confirmation.

Your Data is processed in the context of your use of the Website, to send you news and personalised invitations for your visit to any of our events or newsletters related to our trade shows and to inform you about the content of future events / trade shows. The Companies also process your data to fulfil contractual obligations with clients including but not limited to sponsors, exhibitors, visitors and delegates.

The Companies:
